Welcome to Schickcollections! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website (www.schickcollections.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Terms
Schickcollections is an online fashion store providing clothing, accessories, and related products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time.

2. Account Registration
To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payments through Paystack.
• Schickcollections reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

a. Issue with Sizing/Missing Items:

Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
Report any missing item within 12 hours of receipt via Instagram DM or Whatsapp citing your order number.
Provide clear photos & videos of the measurements of the undersized items within 24 hours. We are only able to assist with this information.
Upon verifying your claim, we will give you feedback within 24 hours.

b. Lost/Incomplete Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
An investigation will be initiated immediately.
If the package remains unfound within 14 working days of our notification, the Logistics company will issue a full refund of the items.
Please, do not accept incomplete or tampered packages except you and the dispatch check and all the items ordered are complete. Either way, report to us immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to locations specified on our website.
• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
• Schickcollections is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the second-hand nature of our premium thrifted items, all sales are final and we do not cater to change of mind after purchases or selecting inaccurate sizes. We are available to assist you figure out your current UK size, accurate measurements from your tailor is required.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, logos, and designs, is the property of Schickcollections and may not be used without permission.

7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with website functionality or security.

8. Limitation of Liability
Schickcollections is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
